- How do I determine someone is not using this space responsibly, i.e. not abiding by the cooperative intent of the internet?
- When you send a packet you do not get an incremental charge.
- No distance sensitive pricing.
- Old rule was "Be nice to other people or they will kick you off their system.
- Who qualifies as "not nice?" People with open relays.
